About Amal
I am originally from France, with Tunisian roots. My love of languages had led me to travel extensively and I have been teaching French for over 7 years in a variety of countries and contexts, for all ages and levels. I am currently based in the UK, and while I focus on communicating in French with my students, I am also fluent in English and German and can use these languages for explanations.

I prioritise an interactive, hands-on and highly tailored approach to tutoring. I plan and conduct my lessons using different methods according to the learning goals, and types of learning preferred by my students. I especially insist on using genuine resources and adapt them when necessary.
I mostly focus on a communicative and socio-linguistic approach and always use a range of different types of activities to make classes lively and engaging. I also make sure to bring life and culture from the French speaking world into our classroom and not just to stick to theory.
