About Manuela

Teaching has honestly always been part of my life. Back in Austria, I was the person everyone came to when something needed to be explained properly — especially anything science-related, thanks to my background as a pharmacist.

At the same time, I also helped expats who had just moved to Vienna improve their German and survive their first encounters with Austrian German (which is almost its own language sometimes).

I enjoy making complicated things feel simple, relaxed, and actually understandable. My goal is not just to teach German, but to help you feel confident using it in real life without feeling overwhelmed.

Looking forward to helping you as well — feel free to contact me anytime :)

About the lesson

My teaching style is structured, supportive, and easy to follow. As a native German speaker with a scientific background, I’m very good at turning confusing German grammar into something that finally makes sense instead of causing a headache.

Lessons are adapted to your level and goals and usually include speaking practice, vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar, and real-life German. I create a relaxed environment where mistakes are completely normal — because honestly, nobody speaks perfect German on day one (not even Germans sometimes).

My goal is to help you learn German in a clear, practical, and motivating way so you can build confidence and actually enjoy the process.

I highly recommend Manuela as a German teacher. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and supportive throughout the learning process.

Coming from a scientific background, she is especially skilled at breaking down complex grammar and language concepts into easy, practical explanations. You can really feel that she is used to explaining difficult subjects clearly and logically, which makes learning much less overwhelming and much more enjoyable.

She creates a comfortable and motivating atmosphere, encourages confidence in speaking, and always takes the time to make sure everything is fully understood. Thanks to her support, I improved my German skills significantly and felt much more confident using the language.

I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive German teacher.
