I have been teaching high school students to adults for the past few years.
My Teaching Style:
Conversation lessons
Textbook-based lessons (I usually use "Irodori," but if you have a preferred textbook, we can always use yours.)
Free style (e.g., focusing on grammar (particles) or N5 exam)
In our first lesson, I will ask what you would like to learn, and I will tailor the lesson based on your needs and proficiency levels.

I've been having weekly lessons with Ai for a few months now. We have been working on Kansai dialect, which I think presents special teaching challenges, but she does fine. Ai is quite intelligent, and the lessons are well structured and helpful. Also, I really enjoy our conversations!
Ai is super flexable and understanding when it comes to scheduling lessons. She teaches me what I want to learn and encourages you to ask questions. It’s been a great experience so far and I am looking forward to the future.
Ai is a wonderful tutor who is very adaptable to any requests or learning styles.
I have been studying with Ai for over a year now, and since then my Japanese listening and speaking skills have exponentially gotten better She is very patient and tailors the sessions based on what I am studying at the time.
