Erna, son derece sabırlı ve dikkatli bir kişiliktir. Bu nedenle karşıdaki öğrencinin ihtiyaçlarını doğru saptar ve akılcı yöntemlerle öğrenciye ulaşır. Kendisi Fethiye'de sahibi olduğum Mrs. Lovett's Meat Pies English Bakery'de yanımızda çalışırken, gelen tüm İngilizler kendisini "native speaker" yani ana dili İngilizce olan kişi zannettmişlerdi. Aksanı, kelime kullanışı ve dile hakimiyeti son derece başarılıdır. Kendisi ile dil çalışma deneyiminin, dil becerilerini aktaracağı yeni öğrencileri yani Superprof üyeleri için çok kıymetli bir tecrübe olduğunu düşünüyor ve tavsiye ediyorum.
