About Victoria

Hello! I'm a native Russian speaker, a CELTA-certified teacher, and a linguist with a Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics. I’m currently preparing to apply for a Master’s in Psycholinguistics, where I aim to explore how the human brain learns and processes language—knowledge I already integrate into my lessons. With over 8 years of teaching experience, I’ve worked with learners from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. I also speak Polish, Arabic, Spanish, and English, so I understand what it's like to learn a new language—and I use that to make Russian easier and more fun for you! My lessons are structured yet flexible, communicative, and tailored to YOUR goals. Whether you're learning Russian for travel, work, studies, or personal interest, I’m here to help you gain confidence, communicate effectively, and enjoy the journey of language learning.

About the lesson

As a native Russian speaker with a CELTA certificate, a Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, and ongoing Master’s studies in Psycholinguistics, I bring both academic depth and practical expertise to my lessons. I combine a communicative, student-centered approach with insights into how the brain learns languages. My goal is not just to teach grammar and vocabulary but to help you develop real-life speaking confidence and long-term language retention. I use smart comparisons with English, Polish, Spanish, and Arabic—languages I also know—to make Russian more accessible and memorable for multilingual learners. Communicative and learner-centered approach – students speak as much as possible in Russian from Day 1 What Sets Me Apart: I’m a CELTA-certified linguist who teaches Russian, my native language, through techniques used in English-language teaching Multilingual insight – my knowledge of Polish, Arabic, Spanish, and English helps me connect with learners from different linguistic backgrounds and explain Russian in a way that resonates with your native language Brain-based learning – I design lessons around how memory, habits, and language acquisition truly work Cultural immersion – I introduce modern Russian culture, expressions, and traditions to help students engage with the language beyond grammar books Who My Lessons Are For: Beginners to Upper-Intermediate (A1–B2) students who want to speak Russian confidently Multilingual learners who enjoy drawing comparisons with other languages they speak Teens and adults looking to learn Russian for travel, work, university, or personal interest Students preparing for language exams, interviews, or moving to Russian-speaking countries English-speaking learners, as well as those with backgrounds in Polish, Arabic, or Spanish
