About Omar
As a fully bilingual teacher, I have a deep understanding of both the English and Spanish languages. I've been teaching for over 14 years and have learned to adapt to different learning styles and needs. There is sometimes a lot of pressure in learning a language, but I like to create a safe and comfortable environment where students are not afraid to make mistakes and fully express themselves. After all, if you're not making mistakes while learning a language, you're not speaking it. It's part of the process, and I want to help you through it.

I like to approach the language from a conversational perspective so that you can communicate confidently. Grammar is important, but expressing yourself comes first. I like to customize my classes to my students' needs so there is a mix of conversation, reading & reading comprehension, and vocabulary acquisition. I can provide native and cultural knowledge as well, since I've lived most of my life in Mexico. I have experience teaching students of various ages and levels, so as long as you're interested in learning the language I can help.
