I highly recommend Hugo as a Spanish instructor, especially because he has engaging teaching methods, patience, and deep cultural knowledge, characteristics that made a significant impact on my language learning journey. Thanks to his clear explanations and continuous encouragement, my communication skills and confidence in Spanish improved remarkably, which is why I think Hugo is an exceptional, dedicated educator who would be a valuable asset to any institution or student.

Aos brasileiros, tenham aulas com ele sem medo! Didático e comprometido com seu trabalho. Estou aprendendo a destravar meu espanhol finalmente!

I'm happy to recommend Hugo as a Spanish teacher. His classes are well structured and consistently practical — he explains grammar clearly and always ties it back to how the language is actually used in conversation. He's especially good at working with Portuguese speakers: he anticipates the points where the two languages diverge and corrects them early, before they turn into habits.
What stands out most is the atmosphere he creates. He's patient, encouraging, and makes it easy to speak up and make mistakes, which is exactly what a beginner needs in order to progress. I've made real, noticeable progress since starting with him and recommend his classes without reservation.

Conheci o professor Hugo através de uma indicação e adorei as nossas aulas. Tenho muita dificuldade com a fala, conversação e me senti super a vontade.
Aprendo espanhol na prática e com muito dinamismo.
¡Lo recomiendo ampliamente!

Absolutely brilliant teacher, hes got me speaking more Spanish than I could have ever imagined after only a month of lessons. He is very patient and spends a lot of time structuring the lessons/ homework not only to your ability but also makes it fun and interesting. I would definitely reccomend him to anyone

I highly recommend Ignacio!! At the start, you work together to create a learning plan, and he makes sure you stay focused on your goals. The lessons are a perfect blend of serious study and fun, which keeps me motivated and helps me learn to speak Spanish naturally. Last but not least, he’s truly a great person - a real buen amigo!

Hugo is a brilliant teacher, very accommodating, and adjusts each lesson to your level and what you want to learn. Highly recommend.

He is an excellent teacher. I had the wonderful opportunity to meet him in London. Thank you for helping me overcome my fears.

Professor Ignacio is incredible. I no longer sound like an English speaker, but like a true native.
