About Lars

I'm a classical singer from the German speaking part of Switzerland. I grew up bilingually with German and Swedish and have been trained in proper High German pronunciation and expression as part of my training as an opera singer. Language in general is a passion of mine and in my own speaking, I always aim to get as close to a native accent as possible. I also coach opera singers in German and Swedish pronunciation for singing.

About the lesson

I base my classes entirely around the student's needs and level. Whether you want to improve your grammar, vocabulary, written expression or speaking skills, we look at all aspects that are relevant to you. I teach all levels, from beginner to advanced.

Having had the privilege of working with Lars over several years - I can confidently say that he is the most patient, attentive and encouraging person I've come across. There are many who will tell you what to do, but very few who will truly help you discover, understand and craft your ideas, and Lars does just that.
