About Ivy

I have taught at an international school in Hong Kong for the past 10 years, with tutoring experience in addition. From the years of experience, I have acquired strategies and skills to help students learn Chinese according to their learning styles and ability.

About the lesson

Hi! I’m based in Toronto and have successfully helped students prepare for overseas exchange programs, including placements in Beijing. I offer both in-person and Zoom lessons.

Cantonese is my native language, and I have over 10 years of experience teaching both Mandarin and Cantonese as second languages to learners of all ages, from children to adults.

My lessons are fully adaptable to your needs, whether you prefer relaxed conversational practice or well-structured, goal-oriented sessions. I focus on building confidence, practical communication skills, and cultural understanding.

Review
