About Peter
My name is Peter, and I am a native Swahili speaker from Tanzania. I am friendly, patient, and passionate about helping people learn and practice Swahili. I enjoy sharing my language and culture with people from different countries and helping them feel more comfortable communicating in Swahili.
I would like to help beginners, travelers, and anyone interested in Tanzania and East African culture develop useful Swahili communication skills. I understand that learning a new language can sometimes feel difficult, so I aim to make my lessons simple, practical, relaxed, and enjoyable.
I am happy to work with students at different levels and adapt lessons to their individual goals and learning pace. Whether you want to learn basic Swahili for a trip, practice everyday conversations, improve your vocabulary, or learn more about Tanzanian culture, I will do my best to make the learning experience useful and comfortable.

I am a native Swahili speaker from Tanzania, and I offer practical and friendly Swahili lessons for beginners and learners who want to improve their communication skills. My lessons focus on everyday conversations, pronunciation, vocabulary, sentence structure, and useful expressions that students can use in real-life situations.
I use a simple, patient, and practical teaching approach. I adapt each lesson to the student's level, learning goals, and interests. Beginners can learn basic greetings, introductions, numbers, common questions, and everyday phrases step by step. For travelers, I can focus on useful Swahili for travelling, shopping, asking for directions, restaurants, and communicating with local people.
I encourage students to practice speaking during lessons and feel comfortable asking questions. My goal is to help students build confidence, improve their communication skills, and enjoy learning Swahili while discovering more about Tanzanian and East African culture.
