About Lara
I am qualified in Naturopathy, Sports Nutrition and Nutritional Coaching with multiple specializations and extra training, among which kinesiology, relaxation techniques and stress control and reiki. My project aims to promote health and good nutrition at a private and business level. I am dedicated to helping people improve their lives thanks to a global health therapy: body, mind and energy. I offer my help to all who want a personalized advice to establish healthy habits. From the age of 9 years I like to cook and now my passion is to convert normal recipes into natural and healthy recipes, using live, organic and well combined ingredients. For me, the recipes are true therapeutic tools.

In my cooking classes I will evaluate your constitution, physical form and health status. According to your requirements we will make some daily menus (breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner) and I will teach you to cook them preserving the nutrients, maximizing the contribution of vitamins and their nutritional value. We will use therapeutic ingredients that will help you to heal your body and to feel strong and with a lot of vitality.

Se nota que tiene muchísimo conocimiento de cocina y nutrición y lo transmite de manera que es muy fácil entender-lo, dándote las claves para entender como comer mejor. Estoy muy contenta!
Lara es una excelente profesional. He aprendido muchísimo de ella ya que considero que no solo da clases de cocina sino que si formación es tan completa como naturópata que aprendes mucho más que recetas saludables. La recomiendo mucho. Es muy detallista y empática.
