I was a French major at UCLA and I also played classical piano since age 5 - for me, the French language is also very musical, and I also worked in the music industry like my aunt and my grandpa who played piano once for a U.S. president!

I think its about learning a bit about the culture while learning the language - what French people like to eat or do or perhaps thinking of the scenery in France - the wonderful monuments/parks, museums and architecture, history - finding what the students key interests/subjects are that would make the language lessons more interesting.
