About Cameron
I am an NHS Respiratory Physiotherapist with an MSc in Physiotherapy from the University of Essex and a First-Class BSc in Sports and Exercise Science.
I currently working within a specialist community respiratory service, having progressed from a Band 5 to Band 6 physiotherapist. My clinical experience includes pulmonary rehabilitation, COPD, Bronchiectasis and ILD management, long-term and ambulatory oxygen assessment, respiratory clinics and home visits, respiratory virtual wards and supporting patients during acute deterioration.
Alongside my clinical role, I am involved in respiratory education, multidisciplinary working and the supervision and support of colleagues.
I decided to offer tutoring because I enjoy teaching and helping others develop their confidence in respiratory physiotherapy. I understand that respiratory can initially feel like a complex area of physiotherapy, particularly when starting a respiratory placement or rotation, and I want to make it practical, understandable and relevant to real clinical practice.
Whether you are a physiotherapy student, newly qualified physiotherapist or healthcare professional looking to strengthen your respiratory knowledge, my aim is to provide a friendly and supportive environment where you feel comfortable asking questions and developing your skills.

My lessons are designed for physiotherapy students, newly qualified physiotherapists and healthcare professionals who want to develop their confidence and knowledge in respiratory care.
Sessions are tailored to your individual needs and can cover respiratory assessment, clinical reasoning, respiratory pathologies, pulmonary rehabilitation, oxygen therapy, exercise prescription, and other areas of respiratory physiotherapy. I can also support students with OSCE preparation, case studies, placement preparation and understanding how theory translates into real practice.
If you are a qualified physiotherapist preparing for a respiratory rotation, I can help you refresh your respiratory knowledge and work through realistic clinical scenarios to build your confidence before starting.
Lessons will typically last 60 minutes and will be interactive rather than simply being a lecture. We can work through clinical cases, discuss assessment findings and treatment options, practise clinical reasoning and focus on areas you find most challenging.
My aim is to create a relaxed and supportive environment where you can ask questions, develop your clinical reasoning and leave each session feeling more confident applying your knowledge in practice.
