About Nicholas
I’m Nicholas, a recent A-level student with A* grades and a real interest in helping younger students become more confident and independent learners.
One of my biggest strengths as a student has been learning how to take ownership of my own education — finding the parts of a subject that genuinely interest me and using that curiosity to turn studying from a chore into something I want to understand. Having ADHD has made this particularly important for me, and has taught me to find different ways into a subject when the obvious approach isn’t working.

My lessons are interactive rather than lectures, and I use different resources and approaches to keep students involved and interested.
My aim isn’t simply to help with the next piece of homework or exam, but to help students discover how they learn best and develop some genuine enthusiasm for the subject themselves.
To achieve good grades- a student must genuinely enjoy what they learn I hope to incentivise students into doing so.
