About Dia
I’m a lifelong dancer and a NIFT student who has grown up with movement as my happiest space. • Dance has supported me through so much, including my PCOS journey, and I want others to feel that same comfort and confidence. • I’ve taught people of all ages, and I love helping students discover their own connection to dance. • For me, dance isn’t about perfection, it’s about feeling good, expressing yourself, and enjoying your body’s rhythm. • I want to share what I’ve learned so more people can experience how grounding, healing, and joyful dance can be.
