About Riya
Hi, I'm Riya! Science has always been one of the most interesting subjects at school for me. I've consistently placed first in my class with full marks in science quizzes, and I love pushing myself further through competitions like the Earth Science Olympiad and OzCLO. There's something exciting about tackling a tricky problem and finally seeing it click, and that's exactly the feeling I want to help my students experience. I believe science shouldn't feel intimidating, it should feel like an adventure of curiosity, and I'm here to make that happen, one lesson at a time!

I take a personalised, hands on approach, focusing on building genuine understanding of concepts rather than just memorising facts, with a particular focus on particular, exam style problem solving.
Lessons run for 1 hour, online or in person, for students at all levels. Having consistently placed first in my class with full marks in science quizzes and completed competitions such as OzCLO, I bring both strong subject knowledge and a real enthusiasm for science to every session!
