About Mrinal Jyoti

I am a Mathematical Sciences student of Tezpur Central University. I am into fitness industry from 6 years. Competed in District , State as well as in National Level .
I have guided many students to compete as a professional. I have done basic course of Weightlifting , Powerlifting aa well as in Tug of war and also secured position in State level.

About the lesson

Teaching method may be lengthier than others. Because I will start from the basics to advance level and it will take some time to understand it completely. Fitness is not about how fast you can complete or gain results it's all about how properly and with a correct form you can gain and grow.
