About Nancy
Hiya, I’m Nancy Riley and I’m currently studying politics and international relations at the University of Nottingham. Whilst completing A-levels in geography and English I found that I was really passionate about both subjects. I ended up achieving an A* in both and decided I wanted to tutor so I could spread my passion for these subjects and help others achieve their full potential in their GCSE’s or A-levels. I am an extrovert and love meeting new people and I’m really excited to tutor new students.

I target and enable students specific interests in order to ensure a high level of engagement in the content being taught. I focus on exam technique and going through past papers to guarantee students are comfortable with the exam layout for either GCSE or A-level. I am able to tutor both geography and English, of which I am very passionate about both. I am happy to take the students lead if there is specific content that they need to focus on, or provide general guidance for English or geography at GCSE or A-level standard.
