About Konstantina Maria
They call me the "Sugar Sleuth" on a Mission!
By day, I leverage my medical background to navigate the fascinating world of health and nutrition. But my passion truly ignites when I help people with diabetes thrive.
Why? My own father battled diabetes, facing the challenges of dialysis firsthand. Witnessing his journey fueled my fire to empower others to manage their health and live life to the fullest.
So, ditch the boring "nutritionist" label! I'm your partner-in-crime (against high blood sugar, that is!), here to crack the code on healthy eating and unlock a world of possibilities for diabetics.
Together, we'll tackle confusing labels, design delicious meal plans, and transform your relationship with food. Let's turn diabetes into a stepping stone, not a roadblock, to a vibrant, healthy you!
