About Karina
I have been a coach for about 9 years now. Being certified as a nutritionist allows me to offer meal plans and work closely with clients so they can reach their goals. Some want to compete, run a marathon, grow muscle, be stronger, think less about food, support their family, lose weight, be happy and healthy. Everyone has a different goal. I love showing clients the way. I never tell, I only show and help them get there on their own.

We can talk about the science of food and weight loss/muscle gain. We can talk about strategies to talk about topics with friends, family and coworkers. This is your lesson to get help and guidance from a professional. No judgment, just ways to improve.
