About Michael
I have a great deal of experience in mentoring and motivation. I was in the Active Duty Army for over 13 years then transitioned to the Reserves. I excelled at mentoring and motivating my platoon through positive reinforcement. I will always show genuine interest in you and follow up with you. I have plenty of experience helping people through any issues they may be having as well as helping to set up a plan to achieve their goals and then exceed them.

I like to spend time getting to know you and show genuine interest in your life. I will talk you through any issues you may be having, motivate you to accomplish your goals, lay out a plan to reach your goals, and give you an outside perspective. A lot of times it can help to talk to someone on the outside that will be honest with you. I will not sugarcoat anything and I will not lie to you to make you feel better. I am very honest and up front, but I will also help you in a genuine way.
