My approach to yoga is both traditional and progressive: in fact I practice Hatha Yoga, one of the most original styles, and at the same time I insert alignment and postural techniques that derive from Yiengar Yoga. Yoga for me is an experimental science, which has therapeutic potential for both mind and body. the combination of asanas, pranayamas and meditation must be studied differently for each individual and this tailored study has therapeutic value
