I’m Vik, a fitness consultant with over fifteen years of experience in the industry. My passion for fitness has led me to work with prestigious clubs like Ozone, Celebrity Fitness, Fitness First, and LA Fitness. I aim to help individuals achieve and maintain their health and fitness, regardless of where they start. As a Certified Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach, I continuously update my knowledge of the latest fitness methods.
