About Emma
Welcome to NeuroKind Careers I'm Emma, founder of NeuroKind and your guide through inclusive, strengths-based employment support. I’ve spent years working alongside neurodiverse individuals, care leavers, ESOL learners, and others who’ve been overlooked by traditional systems. My approach is practical, empowering, and rooted in lived experience. At NeuroKind, we don’t just talk about inclusion—we build it. I’ve helped nearly 200 neurodiverse people into sustainable roles by partnering directly with employers, designing sensory-friendly placements, and creating onboarding processes that actually work. Every form, every space, every conversation is crafted to reflect dignity, clarity, and authenticity. You’ll find that I’m hands-on, detail-driven, and deeply collaborative. Whether you’re joining us for a pilot programme, a confidence-building role, or a coaching session, you’ll be met with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine belief in your potential. Let’s build something that works for you.
