About Laetitia
Hello, I’m Laetitia! My path has been shaped by a deep passion for holistic living and a heartfelt belief that true healing begins when we slow down and listen inward. Through yoga, mat Pilates, sound healing, and Ayurvedic wisdom, I help guide others back to the vibrant, grounded, joyful connection they already hold within. My approach is gentle, intuitive and heart-centered — honoring each person’s unique rhythm, needs and journey. I believe that wellness isn’t about perfection or performance; it’s about cultivating a loving relationship with ourselves, moment by moment. I bring an integral and conscious approach to my teachings. My 200-Hour Teacher Training in Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa provided a strong foundation, which I've built upon through additional certifications in Trauma-Informed /Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (20 hours), Pranayama Breathwork (50 hours), Traditional Tantric Hatha Yoga & Ayurveda (300 hours) and Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant (150 hours). I am also a qualified Mat Pilates instructor. Mindfulness is at the heart of my practice, guiding my students into deeper self-awareness and conscious embodiment.

If you’re feeling the call to slow down, nurture yourself, and reconnect with your inner wisdom, you’re exactly where you need to be. I offer private sessions in yoga, mat Pilates, sound healing and Ayurvedic lifestyle guidance ; always personalized, always heart-centered. You don’t need to be "fit enough" or "zen enough", you just need to show up as you are.
I’ll meet you there, with a practice crafted around you: your body, your rhythm, your intentions.
Together, we’ll create a space where you can feel more grounded, vibrant, and whole honoring your unique needs in body, mind and heart.
Whether you're craving more energy, less stress, better sleep or simply time to breathe and reconnect, we can build something beautiful together. Drop me a message ; I would be honored to hear what’s calling you.
With love and gratitude, Laetitia
