About Ann-Kathrin
I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years. In the next few months, I will complete my 200-hour yoga teacher training (certified by Yoga Alliance).
I am a rehabilitation educator and health scientist and currently work as a scientific associate at an institute in Berlin.

I teach Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga. The private classes are tailored and completely based on your individual needs and goals.
In my classes, I place great emphasis on including pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation in addition to asanas (postures).
The offer is aimed at beginners as well as advanced students. Especially people with disabilities, with chronic diseases, and older people are welcome!

Ich habe bereits ein paar Stunden Yoga mit Ann-Kathrin gemacht und bin wirklich begeistert. Es ist immer eine sehr entspannte und natürliche Atmosphäre, in der ich mich auch als Anfängerin gut aufgehoben und angenommen fühle. Ich kann Ann-Kathrin mit absolut gutem Gewissen empfehlen!
Sehr aufmerksame und geduldige Lehrerin. Gibt Acht auf Kleinigkeiten und schafft es, dass man sich sehr gut aufgehoben und angeleitet fühlt. Klare Empfehlung, besonders für Menschen ohne Erfahrung im Yoga oder auch Personen, die Einschränkungen, egal, welcher Art, haben!
