About Shell
Grad student hosts calm ADHD body doubling on video sessions, not tutoring. You bring the task; I stay present. Short check-in, quiet 25–75 min block, optional wrap-up. Study, chores, hobbies, hard-to-start task. I don’t do work, grade, or give therapy.
I also teach English, ESL, life coaching, and professional skills (inside sales, appointment setting, telecommunications). Tell me what you want to work on.
