About Sneha
Hello everyone,
My name is Sneha Hagedal, and I am a medical student pursuing Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (BNYS). My field of study focuses on the science of natural healing, preventive healthcare, and holistic wellness.
Along with my medical education, I actively teach yoga, therapeutic diet planning, and lifestyle-based health practices. I strongly believe that true health is not just the absence of disease, but a balance between body, mind, and spirit.
My approach combines modern medical understanding with traditional naturopathy and yogic wisdom. Through yoga practices, mindful nutrition, and natural therapies, I aim to help people improve their physical health, mental clarity, and overall quality of life.
I am particularly passionate about educating people on preventive healthcare—showing how simple daily habits like proper breathing, balanced diet, yoga practice, and natural living can prevent many lifestyle diseases.
As a student and practitioner of natural medicine, my goal is to spread awareness about holistic health and empower people to take charge of their well-being through safe, natural, and sustainable methods.
Through teaching yoga, guiding people on nutrition, and sharing health knowledge, I hope to contribute to a healthier and more conscious society.
