About Padmaja
I come from a family of teachers, and teaching has always been a passion deeply rooted in me. I strongly believe that education today is often reduced to just scoring marks, whereas true success lies in real understanding and mastery of a subject. My goal is to help students go beyond memorizing for exams — I want them to develop clarity, confidence, curiosity and strong academic foundation that will serve them in higher education and real-world scientific careers. For me, a student’s success is not just about grades (which they will naturally achieve through strong fundamentals), but about exceptional subject expertise and the ability to think scientifically. I aim to nurture students who don’t just study Biology — they understand, apply and enjoy it.
