About
My whole life, I struggled with my weight and confidence. Nothing I did worked, or I would lose the weight and quickly gain it back.
I went on a fitness journey working with a trainer myself and went on to lose around 5 stone, 4 years ago.
I fell in love with fitness and knew if I could do it anyone could!
I went on to train to become a trainer myself, to help as many people as possible feel as amazing I do and show them it is possible.
I have went on to help many people do the exact same and it is my absolute passion.
