I am interested in teaching because it allows me to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others by helping them learn, grow, and reach their full potential. Teaching gives me the opportunity to share knowledge, inspire curiosity, and contribute to the personal and academic development of learners. With over 10 years of experience in fitness and physique transformation, I help individuals improve their metabolic health, build sustainable habits, lose fat, gain muscle, and take control of their long-term wellbeing. My coaching combines evidence-based training, nutrition, accountability, and lifestyle interventions to support clients dealing with obesity, insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, and other chronic health challenges. My goal is to help people achieve lasting results, improve their quality of life, and reduce their reliance on medications through sustainable lifestyle change whenever appropriate and under medical supervision.
