About Shirso
I am a National Swimmer and a professional cricketer with over 14 years of experience in the sports field. I have been training in the gym for more than 8 years and have successfully trained and transformed 150+ individuals.
My experience as an athlete has given me a deep understanding of strength training, muscle building, and performance enhancement. I know how to structure training sessions and customize programs according to each individual’s goals, fitness level, and athletic needs to deliver the best possible results.
