About LOLANI
My name is Lola and I am the founder/Head Coach of LOLANI.FIT training. I’m a registered nurse who is obsessed with all things fitness, wellness and helping women feel strong and confident in their bodies. I originally started weightlifting in 2016 but over the years I've grown to love hybrid training too, competing in multiple hybrid style races. My main mission is to support women in becoming the best versions of themselves and making the gym a space where all of us belong.
