About Jaclyn

As a homeschooling mom of nine with over 20 years of teaching and tutoring experience, I’ve helped students of different ages and abilities build strong academic foundations. All seven of my children who are old enough have advanced to college or university!

I specialize in reading and math instruction for Grades 1–8, helping struggling students catch up and supporting homeschool families with regular daytime lessons.

My approach is patient, encouraging, and personalized.

About the lesson

I offer personalized online instruction for Grades 1–8, helping students build confidence, strengthen skills, and enjoy learning!

Subjects include:

* Reading, phonics & language arts
* Math
* Canadian & world geography
* Science

My patient, encouraging approach uses engaging materials, visual learning, and real-life examples to make concepts click.

I help struggling students catch up and offer homeschool families regular daytime lessons, complete subject instruction, and support with their existing curriculum.

Flexible online lessons available across Canada!

Her 1-on-1 tutoring is the #1 reason for my strong core in (English) literacy and math. She also pushed me to succeed in high school. I was a student of Jaclyn’s for my whole school career and have had the blessing of knowing her in person for over 20 years now. I am so grateful for everything she pours into her students.

She adapts to personal interests, making learning endless fun. I have watched her love each of her students for who they are. This woman accomplishes her goals, and she’ll pass that skill on to her students, too.
