I’m an Exercise Science Educator and fitness professional with over 12 years of experience in fitness education, practical coaching and trainer development.
I help beginners, fitness enthusiasts, aspiring trainers and fitness professionals understand strength training in a simple, practical and science-based way.
My areas of expertise include strength training, exercise selection, movement analysis, biomechanics, exercise technique, programming and coaching.
My approach goes beyond simply telling you what exercise to do. I help you understand why an exercise is selected, how to perform it effectively, and how to adapt training according to your goals, experience and individual needs.
