About Jan
I am a seasoned consultant in a large tax advisory company with more than 4 years of practical experience in the areas of accounting and taxation. In my role as a tax consultant I look after the ongoing bookkeeping and taxes of my clients.
Thanks to my master’s degree in economics with a focus on accounting & taxation, I also have a strong academic background in these areas and can therefore pass on the connection between theory and practice to my customers.
Experience has shown that this helps to present the mostly very theoretical and complex topics more practical and therefore easier to understand.

Who am I?
I am Jan and have been working in tax consulting for a large consulting firm in Hanover for several years. Before that, I already specialized in the fields of tax law and commercial law during my master studies. In addition, I was also able to gain initial teaching experience through tutoring activities. Currently, I am preparing for the tax consultant exam and will take part in the exams this year. I think that because of my practical experience in conjunction with the theoretical knowledge, I am well equipped to help you with your problems in these areas.
For whom are my lessons suitable?
My lessons are aimed in particular at trainees in commercial professions as well as students of business administration/ economics who have problems with the subjects of accounting/ commercial law and tax law.
What am I doing?
I support you with your homework, exam preparation and the general teaching of the specific subject matter in the above-mentioned areas.
How does this all work?
My lessons take place very easily online. Before we start, we first clarify your exact requirements in a non-binding initial consultation. Should you then decide to work together, you provide me with your learning materials, I will work through them and then we can start the lessons together.

Super! Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass Steuerrecht so einfach sein kann. Jan überzeugt mit Fachkompetenz und Einfühlungsvermögen. Er ist stets auf meine konkreten Probleme eingegangen und hat sich die Zeit genommen, bis auch wirklich jede Frage geklärt war. Klare Weiterempfehlung!
Jan ist ein ehemaliger Kommilitone von mir mit dem ich gemeinsam den Bachelor und Master im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften abgeschlossen habe. Er war schon immer daran interessiert auch seinen Kommilitonen selbst schwierigsten Unterrichtsstoff auf simple und verständliche Art zu vermitteln. Neben sehr breiten Fachkenntnissen von Mathematik bis hin zu rechtlichem Basiswissen ist er sehr geduldig und geht auf sein Gegenüber und seine Bedürfnisse ein. Dementsprechend eine absolute Empfehlung wenn es um Nachhilfe und Vertiefung von Unterrichtsstoff geht!

Er ist ein super Nachhilfelehrer, da er sich genau an meine Lernmaterialien hält und mir diese in meinem Tempo erklärt. Er erklärt den Unterrichtsstoff extrem verständlich und ausführlich. Besonders die Verweise auf praktische Beispiele haben mir teilweise sehr dabei geholfen, die Themen mehr greifen zu können. Fragen können jederzeit gestellt werden. Jan merkt, wann ich etwas nicht verstanden habe und schafft es mich an meinem Problem abzuholen und dort anzusetzen. Terminlich ist er sehr flexibel, sodass mehrmals die Woche auch zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten eine Unterrichtsstunde möglich ist
