About Neeti
About the Teacher Neeti is the founder and lead teacher of TheYogiShakti Yogashala, with over 9 years of teaching experience dedicated to helping students develop strength, flexibility, balance, and self-awareness through authentic yoga practice. She specializes in Ashtanga Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Alignment, and Hands-on Adjustments, offering personalized guidance that helps students practice safely while deepening their understanding of each posture. Her teaching style focuses on proper alignment, mindful movement, breath awareness, and individual attention, making her classes suitable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners. Neeti holds a 500-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification recognized by Yoga Alliance. She completed her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Tattvaa Yogashala and her 300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training at Shubh Yoga Foundation. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Yoga from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University and has completed specialized Asana and Pranayama Training from the Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga. Over the years, she has guided students through private classes, group sessions, workshops, and yoga teacher training programs, helping practitioners improve posture, flexibility, strength, and overall well-being. Her greatest expertise lies in alignment correction and therapeutic adjustments, allowing students to experience yoga with greater safety, confidence, and awareness. Through TheYogiShakti Yogashala, Neeti is committed to sharing traditional yogic wisdom while making yoga accessible, practical, and transformative for modern life.
