Hi! I’m Vicky, an international certified Yoga Instructor and Online Personal Trainer offering personalized sessions in Spanish, English, and Italian.
I specialize in private online yoga classes, mobility, and breathwork sessions designed to improve strength, flexibility, posture, and overall well-being.

At FITVICKYFIT, yoga sessions are designed to support both physical strength and mental balance through a practical and personalized approach.
Classes combine movement, breathwork, mobility, and mindfulness techniques to help improve flexibility, posture, body awareness, and overall well-being. Lessons are available online worldwide and can be individual or private small-group sessions.
