IMPORTANT - the sessions are NOT at my house - they are at my fully equipped outdoor gym in Eddington, Cambridge. I also keep a range of weights and gym equipment in my car so can travel to your home for home workouts

Our personal training sessions will be tailored specifically to you and your individual goals.
Sessions will be conducted at either my fully equipped purpose built outdoor gym, or I can bring equipment to your home for home workouts.
