About Pina

As a hardworking professional with experience as both an educator and project manager, I am eager utilize my experience and skills effectively in order to help you reach your goals. My work experience includes roles as an English Teacher, Writing Intern, and Project Manager, where I excelled in lesson research and preparation, team management, and creative collaboration with esteemed professionals. Additionally, I provided freelance editing services and taught English to students of varying ages, demonstrating my dedication to education and individual progress. My Bachelor of Fine Arts in English Language and Literature, with a focus on Creative Writing, along with my Japanese Language Proficiency Test certification (N3 - JEES), highlights my diverse skill set. I am proud to have received the Motivational Teacher Award for exceeding expectations in my field, and I am now eagerly seeking new students to assist in growing their English or mastering the subject as necessary.

About the lesson

Languages are most useful to us when they're relevant. My lessons try to focus on things you're interested in. Do you love fashion? Let's talk about that. Are you big into games? We can learn through gaming vocabulary!

My 40 minute lessons typically follow a normal format of warm-up, homework check, topic subject, cool-down and assigning homework for next time. These are perfect for any level of English learner, as I am thrilled to customize my lesson for your wants and needs.

Over a decade of English education experience, ready to help you meet your goals!
