About Srin
I completed my PhD at the University of Oxford a few years ago and love language, literature, and teaching both English and French literature. I would love to help you get into your ideal university to the best of my abilities! I tailor all my lessons to the student's needs and am happy to focus on various aspects of the interview process, e.g. increasing your speaking confidence when interviewing, practising with mock questions based on your personal statement, working on how to approach challenging questions, etc.

As an alumna of both Oxford (DPhil) and Cambridge (MPhil), I would love to help you practise for your upcoming interviews and admissions test (if it's Cambridge's Modern Languages department). In addition to having studied in both institutions, I have also held a role at Magdalen College School where I helped final-year students practise for Oxbridge entrance exams and interviews.
During the lesson, we can work on mock interviews with specific questions based on your personal statement as well as focus on strategies for answering the more challenging and ambiguous questions in the interview. If you need to complete an admissions test, we will also work with practice papers and you will get detailed feedback on your French.
