About Leela
I have been tutoring for over 3 years at various levels including 11+ entrance; GCSE's; International Baccalaureate and first year of university. In this time, I have taught over 30 students and helped improve grades (from D to A) as well as confidence and skill.

As I live and study in Oxford, I prefer to tutor online over Skype. I tutor by using various worksheets and practice essay plans. It is important for me to identify what exactly the student is struggling with, and then pinpoint this issue in order to help them improve. A variety of approaches often, in my experience, works best for this. Including practice essays, discussion, planning specific sections, formulas for writing such as PEE and more.
