About Maximiliano

Student graduated from high school with an orientation in Physical Education. I have been practicing both parkour and tricking since I was 14 years old, and I am currently studying kinesiologist and physiotherapy.
I had the opportunity to teach parkour when I was in high school, in addition to giving individual classes around the city to people of different ages.

About the lesson

Guided trainings based on perseverance and improvement, always controlling and understanding how each body works in its own way, making it progressively loosen to do things as less forced as possible, since in these disciplines it is based on fluidity and control both of the mind as the body
