About DAFFODIL

I am a 200-hour certified Hatha yoga instructor with a level 2 first aid certification and 2 years of experience teaching community classes, and working with the Virgin Active franchise. I am excited to learn more about yoga, myself and my fellow yogis.

About the lesson

My lessons can be energizing, calming, gentle or intense, depending on what your mind and body needs. I like to include both physical and mental elements of the yogic practice in my classes, to help you to feel calm and ready to step off the mat. I would love to join you on your yoga journey.

Daffodil has been my closest friend since we were children. She is incredibly kind and hardworking, and when it comes to teaching, she has the patience of a saint! She is an excellent teacher, whose bright attitude supports a wonderfully positive learning environment. I am continuously impressed by her skills in educating others, and I know my Afrikaans exams would have been way more stressful without her caring guidance!
