About Uswatun
I am an experienced international educator with a background in teaching Cambridge and IB curricula. I have also been a facilitator for online language learning programs in both English and Spanish for over 4 years, helping people from diverse backgrounds improve their communication skills in a supportive and engaging environment.
As a global citizen who is passionate about languages, cultures, and traveling, I bring a broad perspective into my teaching. I am open-minded, adaptable, and genuinely enjoy connecting with people from different parts of the world. This allows me to create meaningful and enjoyable learning experiences for my students.
I am committed to professionalism, continuous learning, and creating a positive atmosphere in every lesson. I believe that students learn best when they feel relaxed, confident, and motivated.

My lessons focus on building confidence in speaking English through a communicative and practical approach. I believe that language is best learned by using it in real-life situations, so I design interactive sessions that encourage students to actively speak, think, and express their ideas.
A typical lesson includes warm-up conversations, vocabulary and expression building, guided practice, and real-life simulations such as discussions, role plays, or problem-solving tasks. I also adapt each lesson based on the student’s goals, whether it is for daily conversation, academic purposes, or professional development.
As someone who is passionate about traveling and has explored different countries, I also bring real-life topics into the lessons. We can talk about people, cultures, and global experiences while building your confidence and enriching your vocabulary in a natural and enjoyable way.
What sets me apart is my experience as an international school teacher and my multilingual ability. I am fluent in English and Spanish, and if you prefer, I can even teach English using Spanish as the medium of instruction.
I am patient, supportive, and responsive, creating a comfortable space where students feel safe to learn and make mistakes. My lessons are suitable for teenagers, university students, and adults from beginner to advanced levels who want to improve their confidence and fluency in English.
