About Safae
I hold three master's degrees: one in Environmental Science, an MBA, and another in Education. My diverse educational background has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of both the scientific and business worlds, as well as the pedagogical skills necessary for effective teaching.
I have four years of experience as a middle school math teacher, where I have developed and implemented engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles. My goal has always been to make math both accessible and enjoyable for my students, helping them to build a strong foundation in the subject.
In addition to my teaching experience, I have five years of experience as a project manager and trainer. In this role, I was responsible for overseeing complex projects, managing teams, and delivering training programs. This experience has honed my organizational and leadership skills, which are crucial in a classroom setting.
Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated my ability to integrate my knowledge of environmental science and business principles into my teaching, making real-world connections that enrich the learning experience. I am adept at using various teaching technologies and methodologies to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
In summary, my diverse educational background, combined with my practical experience in both teaching and project management, has equipped me with a unique skill set that I believe aligns well with the values and goals of your institution. I am excited about the opportunity to bring my expertise and enthusiasm to your school and contribute to the academic and personal growth of my students.

Expertise: My Master’s in Education ensures I’m well-versed in the latest teaching strategies, while my MBA allows me to bring practical, real-world examples into our sessions.
Personalized Learning: I take the time to understand each student's learning style, strengths, and areas for improvement, creating a customized learning plan that helps them achieve their academic goals.
Supportive Environment: I create a supportive, encouraging environment where students feel confident to ask questions, make mistakes, and grow.
