About Amina
Hi! I’m a passionate and friendly Pharmacy student with a strong love for science, especially Biology, Chemistry, and Psychology. I achieved straight A grades in my GCSEs and have always enjoyed learning about how science works and helping others understand it.
I want to teach because I know that sometimes a subject can feel difficult simply because it hasn’t been explained in the right way. I’d love to make learning simpler, more enjoyable, and less stressful, while helping students build confidence in their abilities.
As I’m a student myself, I understand the pressure of exams and the challenges that come with studying. My goal is to create a friendly, comfortable environment where students feel confident asking questions, making mistakes, and learning at their own pace.
Whether you need help catching up, understanding a difficult topic, preparing for an exam, or simply becoming more confident in science, I’d love to help you reach your goals!

My approach is friendly, patient, and student-focused. I believe students learn best when they understand the topic rather than simply memorize information. I tailor each lesson to the student’s level, learning style, and individual goals.
Teaching methodology:
* Start by identifying the student’s strengths and areas they need to improve.
* Explain difficult concepts in a simple and clear way.
* Use examples, diagrams, questions, and real-life applications to make lessons more engaging.
* Give students opportunities to practise what they have learned.
* Use exam-style questions and past papers to build exam technique.
* Regularly review previous topics to improve understanding and retention.
* Adapt the pace and teaching style according to each student’s needs.
Typical lesson length:
Lessons are typically 60 minutes, although the length can be adjusted depending on the student’s age, level, and needs.
Qualifications & experience:
I am currently a Pharmacy student with a strong academic background in the sciences. I studied a wide range of science subjects throughout school, particularly Biology and Chemistry, and achieved straight A grades in my GCSEs. As a student myself, I understand the challenges students face when preparing for exams and the importance of having concepts explained in a clear and approachable way.
