About SAADHIHA
I’m Saadhiha, a psychology graduate (Pursuing my PhD in Psychology) and a NET-qualified professional with a passion for making Biology both simple and exciting. By blending science with psychology-based teaching methods, I help students truly understand concepts rather than merely memorize them. I have experience teaching students from the State and CBSE boards, guiding them with patience, creativity, and a student-centered approach. My goal is to build confidence, reduce exam stress, and inspire curiosity in every learner.

Good to Know
As a passionate psychology graduate, I bring a fresh and unique perspective to teaching Biology. My classes are not about memorizing facts but about understanding concepts in a way that connects to real life and stays in memory. By blending psychology-based learning techniques with Biology lessons, I make even the toughest topics engaging, easy to follow, and fun.
My Teaching Techniques and Methods:
I use storytelling, analogies, and visual aids to make abstract concepts clear.
My psychology training helps me understand different learning styles — I adapt lessons to fit each student’s pace and strengths.
I apply memory-enhancing methods (like mind maps, association techniques, and active recall) to ensure lasting learning.
Every session includes interactive discussions rather than passive note-taking, so students stay involved.
Class Structure:
Quick recap (5 minutes): Review of the previous lesson.
Core learning (35–40 minutes): Step-by-step breakdown of the topic with examples, visuals, and activities.
Practice & recall (10 minutes): Short questions, problem-solving, or application-based exercises.
Wrap-up (5 minutes): Key takeaways and memory hacks for revision.
Special Features as a Teacher:
Psychology-powered teaching: I use principles of motivation, concentration, and memory to keep students active.
Student-centered focus: Every class is designed around the learner’s needs, not just the syllabus.
Making Biology fun: My students often say they look forward to classes because complex concepts feel simple and exciting.
Confidence building: Beyond academics, I focus on reducing exam anxiety and boosting self-belief.
Who Can Join My Classes?
My classes are designed for school children from the State and CBSE boards (6th to 9th grade), with structured lessons that improve understanding, recall, and exam performance.
College students who need clarity in biological concepts.
Anyone curious about Biology who wants to learn with a modern, psychology-based approach.
