About Adrianna
Started as an intern pwersonal trainer, moved up progressive within 3 months and advanced to progressive elite by second of career. Strength training, kickboxing and yoga are my specialty areas, all paths lead to weight loss. I've been added different skills to my roster for the last few years, including TRX training, Olympic weightlifting, Kettle bell training & the Buddy System.
