About Vaibhav
I'm a student athlete who believes that fitness is not about perfection but it's about daily progress and your thoughts of mind that pull away from your target. I've trained consistently about 6 to 7 years in sports especially in athletics, in gym training muscle building and complete fitness work, and I love helping others feel stronger and more confident through simple routines. I also teach poor students for free, so I understand how to guide with patience and positivity. My goal is to share my experience and build others to achieve their target and build a healthy and disciplined lifestyle.

My fitness classes focus on the real, practical and effective training that anyone can easily follow it, there's no need of any equipment and other fancy items.
I teach using bodyweight workout, stamina stretching and flexibility routines that I and many high levels athlete follow and use it personally effectively.
Each session is personalized for your current level and that levels up to built you up and progressive and I guide you step by step to build your targeted area with easy ways with Effectiveness.
The goal is progress not pressure with simple consistent method that work and achieve your target easily.
First class is free to understand your goals and comfort level.
